Can Suturing Cervical Tear And Trying Cerclage Result In A Successful Pregnancy?

dear doctor , Iam 26 years and had a normal delivery and have a healthy 5 year old girl . i had pregnancy losses twice with incompetent cervix without the stitch ,one at 21 weeks and 1 at 19 weeks. Since the
cervical length was good the third time ,so the doc thought it was not required fr me to take a cerclage , but during my internal exam due to my sudden brown discharge ,
they found that my membranes were out and I again had a threatened miscarriage . During this period i also developed B.P since a year .
recently , I got pregnant and this was my 4th pregnancy ,I dint want to have another loss at later stage , so I had a D&C at 9 weeks . during the d&c the doc found that i had a cervical tear in the right side .
She said this might be the cause of my previous miscarriage and I have a secondary incompetent cervix .
She said i will have to do suturing and try to get pregnant 3 months later and then have a cerclage and things will be better this time . I lost all the courage and cant cope up with any more losses .
But still have a wish to have another baby , what is your opinion on the suturing of the cervical tear and trying with the cerclage ? What are my chances of having a baby ? will it be better this time after suturing
and cerclage . plz. help ? Thankyou .isha

You will definitely benefit from cervical encirclage. Actually once you have had losses in second trimester its recommended to have cervical stitch.
Maintain good perineal hygeine to avoid any vaginal infection.
