Can Swallowing Banana With Peel And Plastic Bag Cause Any Problem?
I ingested a banana that was near turpentine (the banana was in its peel and securely in a plastic bag, but there was a small turp leak at the bottom of the bag). I don t think they came into contact, but I feel slightly off, hopefully just due to paranoia. I drank a lot of water and ate some bread after. Should I be concerned? I m afraid to seek help, especially if it s not an issue.;

Swallowing a banana with peel may not cause any problem. If you feel any gastric irritation with consumption of turpentine you may use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week.
