Can Swelling In The Testicles Become Permanent After Injury?

Make a long story short, i injured my coccyx 3 years ago. It still hurts but not near as bad. I had major swelling in my testicles and scrotum for some time, and when my tailbone starts to get really sore from sitting still they will start to swell again. Will all of this cause permanent damage to them? ex. Make sperm and testosterone?

Consult Urologist for proper assessment. There is need to get the scrotal ultrasound and semen analysis. we can not say for sure about this unless we can investigate it fully.
meet urologist.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
