Can Symptoms Of Dizziness, Vomiting, Unconsciousness And Nausea Be Closely Indicate Cervical Vertigo?

Hi Doc, I am suffering from dizziness. It happens all of a sudden and ends with either with full faint or with too much weakness to handle myself. It feels like my head is rotating quiet fast all of a sudden and then followed by vomiting and nausea. The it is difficult for me to walk straight or rather properly for 1-2 days. After the dizziness attack, i feel like my head is not yet still for almost 2 days. It happened 2 times almost 2 years back. At that i time i had undergone most of the neurological and heart related tests. All the tests were negative except the tilt table test where i fainted completely. It happened again recently when i got the dizziness attack all of a sudden when i stood up and turned quickly from a chair. it gives me 1-2 seconds to handle myself before attack actually begins. I am not feeling really well and afraid of the bad experience of fainting again. I cannot shake my head left right quickly else i again feel dizziness. Sometimes my pulse rate is also low i.e. below 60. I feel like some stress in my neck also. My ears are often full with some whitish material which i pull out with my index finger most of the times. I am not sure but i am suspecting it to be a cervical vertigo but need expert advice from you.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The causes of giddy ness are infection of the internal ear, postural hypotension, cervical spondylosis, ischemia of the brain,or epilepsy,or anemia.
The shake of the head is having the giddyness means the effect is confirmed to be due to the infection of the internal ear.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
