Can Symptoms Of Watery Mouth/dizziness/nausea/headache Be Indication Of Pregnancy?

I'm 20 I just miscarried in May and was trying to conceive again this month after my period in mid August and my period came two weeks early (period is always normal) and lasted just 3 day and heavy but my period is normally 8 days. I never had these symptoms, watery mouth, dizziness, nausea, headache. Can I be pregnant? Or what can it be

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion do a urine pregnancy test and see for result it can be early pregnancy.
If test is negative wait for periods and in case you still don’t get them in normal way then get a pelvic ultrasound and visit a gynecologist
In case you have further questions you can consult me directly on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
