Can Tablet Or IPad Interfere With Pacemaker And Defibrillator Causing Worse CHF?

Can a Samsung Galaxy tablet affect a pacemaker/defibrillator? My father recently got a tablet and has a pacemaker/defibrillator and started having episodes for which the cardiologist had him come in the office. His CHF is getting worse. The cardiologist said that the tablet is absolutely not a problem, but I have read a lot where a tablet or IPad can interfere with a pacemaker and defibrillator.

CHF is heart disease,pacemaker used in slow pulse patients, direct connection with heart conduction, we use tablet or Ipad may OR may not worse the CHF, suggetion better to avoid ipad or tablet. thank you
