Can Taking Acitrom Be Safe For This Blood Test Result?

Hi! I ve started my acitron 2mg 2 days ago along with the injections which I take twice daily at an interval of 12 hours, also an ecosprin 75 tablet ever since the injections started. The injections began from the 24th of last month as the acitron was stopped 3 days prior to my bone marrow test which was on the 23rd of last month. I got my INR done today evening which came to 1.07 It s to be between 2-3 I m told to stop the injections & continue with just the acitrom. My serum ferritin result showed 411. Bone marrow was clear. What s the best way to bring down the iron content?

Hello,

The intake of Acitrom is safe with PT INR of 1.07 once you stop the anti-coagulant injections as Heparin or others. The ferritin level of 411 does not need any medical therapy unless warranted by clinical symptoms. Kindly provide all your current symptoms in greater details with all reports as scanned photo copy during follow up discussion for best guidelines possible.
