Can Taking Cipro And Vicodin Be Safe For Cystitis?

my 20 yr old daughter was born with a Staff bacteria found in the lining of her bladder. she was born with a fever which prompted testing, hence the staff. which i passed to her. Anyhow she spent her babyhood with outside yeast infec. & UTI's. She took Bactrim a lot. around 2 yrs old she had cysts on her ovaries also did a cathater to check for reflux, no real findings. She leveled off around 8 yrs old the her latter teen yrs started back with outside yeast infections[ used monistat cream] & fequent UTI's. in the past 2 yrs she has had several uti's and today went to the ER in extrem pain and urinating blood. Results; Cystitis. They gave her Cipro & Vicodin. I know deep down she needs furthur testing but what? And in the long run what is this leading to if not properly treated?
