Can Taking Deriphyllin Be Safe For Breathlessness?

Sir, My mother has planted permanent pacemaker, she has normal coronaries with slow flow. She has been suffering from breathless for 3 days and our doctor suggested deriphyllin. Now she has low appetite and vomiting tendency and lack of sleeping, Doctor may I please to know Why this happened.
