Can Taking Doxinate Help Cure Nausea?

Hi, I am 31 yr old and 1 month pregnant. Nausia has just hit me and is getting worse by the day. Even though I don't vomit out everytime I puke, I can barely manage to eat anything at all through out the day. The nausia is overwhelming! Can Doxinate tab still help me? I am going crazy! Please help.

Tab doxinate will be of help for you. take it thrice daily 1/2 hr before meal. take small frequent meals. put a wet cloth around your nose before you go to kitchen to avoid fumes. keep chewing something like ginger, candies so that you dont feel pukish.dont take liquids or even water empty stomach. try to take a rusk or a biscuit before getting out of the bed.
