Can Taking Effexor Cause Low Sodium Levels?

Hi I am a 38 yr old female, and just got back from doctor w a lab result stating I have a low sodium na level which is 134. Normal range being 136 to 148, I do take effexor and have for 3 years could that be the reason, and am I in danger, please get back with me! Thanku heidi
