Can Taking Epanutin And Rivortil Be Safe For Seizure?

I use epanutin 300mg after an operation due to a head injury in an auto accident. recently i had a mild seizure (more of a major panick attack). I now have been upped to 350mg epanutin and 1mg rivortil. I now get very sleepy and at times restless. Nausea all day long and very poor appetite. help
