Welcome to HCM
I appreciate your health concern
Erythromycin is an antibiotic which was given for infection
While coriminic is pseudoephidrine that is an anti allergic and was given for sneezing.
Dear coriminic has some sedating effects.you can use t but i would suggest you to take a drug which has loratidine instead of pseudoephidrine. But if you take coriminic at night only or ir does not have much sedating effect on you then you can continue taking it.
Stay healthy
