Can Taking Instaflex With Warafin Be Safe?

I would like to take Instaflex but am on Warafin and I would like to know if the ingredients listed in Instaflex namely, Glucosamine Sulfate, MSM,Tumeric Root Extract, white willow bark extract, Ginger,

Boswella Serrata Extract, Hyaluronan, and Cayenne Pepper will mix with the Warafin or cause serious side effects like bleeding. Thanks
