Can Taking Levofloxacin Cause Tendon Damage?

Can taking one 750 mg dose of Levofloxacin cause tendon damage? Especially if you are all ready having issues with golfter's elbow/possible tendonitis. Stopped taking the antibiotic after ready up on the bad side effects, especially all the ones about it causing tendon rupture. I had stopped working out for 3 weeks since I was sick and my elbows felt a lot better. After taking one does of this and one 20mg dose of Prednisone I started experiencing pain again in both elbows...
