Can Taking Lortab Help Cure Nerve Blockages Post Cervical Fusion?

ia ma a 35 year old female... i had cervical fusion c5/6 6/7 in2005. i have regular injections and nerve blocks for my arms. this surgery stems from a car accident in 2004. i have and use a tens unit and have wrist braces for both left and right wrists. i also have a prescription of lortab 10mg tid. i have been waking up with a vibrating feeling in my neck and arms...this is ontop of yeas of pins and needles and problems of numbness the vibrations are a new symptom...is this a side affect of treatment or a new symptom of injury...i havnt had an mri or ct in about two years???
