Can Taking Positioner 2 Result In Acidity Or Fever?

hi i used postioner2 tablet yesterday before taking it only i am suffering from acidity to take it i am very scared i even got fever but finally my family doctor told i can take it there is no problem but after taking it still fever and body pains are there for me and lower abdomin pain is also there my doctor told i had urin infection and told to drink much water i used crocin and omez tablets and also used a antibiotic will using all these tablets once cause any problem i took with time gap we did not do unprotected sex first for 2 min my husband did it then immedetly we used condom but he dosent want kids so he told to take pill i am not used to it i am feeling scared plz do advise me
