Can Taking Primolut N Be Safe For Adenomyosis ?

hi i am 39 years old lady and having adenomysis. i was taking primolut N for past 6 months and now having feeling of dizziness. i have stopped my medicine and after 2 days i got my periods. just help me and tell me after howmany days i will be ok with dizziness.
