Can Taking Primolut Delay The Periods Or Is It Due To PCOS ?

Hi. I suffer from PCOS. My period was due on the 11th June but it got delayed. I had primolut n and it s been almost two weeks since I completed my doze but the period has still not come. Pregnancy test is negative. What could the the cause of this and how can I induce the period?
