Can Taking Primolut N Help Treat Delay In Menstruation?

i did nt have my periods from 2 months...pregnancy test negative.my gynacologist gave me primolut n 20 tablets for 10 days?i finished the course yesterday?i want to ask when will i have my periods?and will it help me to get pregnancy this time?i have thyriod problem since 8 years.my TSH,FSH,LH are normal.USG is normal.but could nt get pregnant.why?my husbands report is also normal.my age is 31,height 5.1',weight-78.please help.
