Can Taking Shellcal And Superdyne Be Safe For Facial Paralysis?

Dear Doctor,

I had suffered from facial paralysis, 4 months back. I was prescribed Wysolone - 40 mg, and Herperex for 2 weeks. I have gained substantial weight and hair loss for the last 3 months.
Are there any other side effects? I'm now 38 Years. I'm now taking shellcal and superdyne multi-vitamin tabs for the past 2 months. Please advise.
