Can Taking Taxim-O Dry Syrup Result In Vomiting?

30 minutes after having the 6ml Taxim-O dry syrup my son Vomitted . Do we need to repeat the dose ? My Son is having sever fever and throat infection . 6ml Taxim-O,Paracetamol 250mg syrup 3.5ml is prescribed by the Doctor.
