Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps to prevent or limit free radical injury to vital organs like liver in conditions like you are having 'non-alcoholic steatohepatitis' (NASH).
Kindly take the prescribed medication and do the follow-up as instructed.
Be on carbohydrate rich, low fat and moderate protein diet during this period. Increase your fluid intake also along with it.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
