Can Taking Accutane Cause Pain In Lower Abdomen?

my lower abdomen has been hurting off and on ever since using accutane. it also feels hard and tender to the touch. my stomach also can stick out extremely far to the point where it is uncomfortable. i also gained a few pounds in college, but i have never felt this way. i believe that the accutane also contributed to my inability to sleep now. i used to always feel well rested, but now i will sleep 8 hours or 2 hours and feel the same. i dont know if it is because of the accutane, or the weight gain. i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative.
