Can Taking Acutane Help Treat Lesions On Neck?

i am on acutane. i have small penny sized lesions on my neck. i dont know what they are. im not sure if they are related to the medicine. i am 18 and very healthy other than this. i first got two on my neck about 3 months ago but i got no more until now.
