Can Taking B Yaz Cause Mood Swings?

i have taken the birth control yaz for 3 or 4 years and was recently given b yaz for no health reason-just b/c it is the newer version and has the extra vitamins, etc. my question is...can b yaz make one more emotional than yaz? ever since i started b yaz i have been an emotional basket case-nervous, depressed, etc. just wondering if it is this or something else
