Can Taking Cilest Lead To Heavy Bleeding?

Hi im 23 years old and was taking the cilest pill for 7 years and then had to take 2 months off it. I startes back on it 14 days ago an am still bleeding really heavily with cramps n an upset stomach. I am regularly checked for sti's so i no its not this. Did i need to be worrying?
