Can Taking Ofloxacin Prepone Periods For One Week?

I've recently been per diagnosed with PID and currently on day five of taking ofloxacin and metronidazole. i have taken metro before for BV, however not the other.
I have recently came on my period a week early before expected, is this normal and is this a possible side effect as I am very regular

Change in your cycle could be due to hormonal variations from stress and diet changes.Not due to medications. Not to worry.
Continue your treatment according to your doctors advice.
