Can Taking Progesterone Lead To Headaches And Diarrhea?

hi i had two morula transferred 8 days ago and since the day before yesterday (day 6) i have been having various bleedinf from bright red to brown/black, yesterday i started the progesterone injections instead of the pessaries and now i am having headaches and diarrhea, do you think this is my period? i am taking the pregnancy test in two days time but can't face the waity any longer. Thanks for your advice.
