Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Steroidal sprays are the drug of choice for allergic rhinit( sneezes, running nose).

Your dizziness could be related to euchacian tube dysfunction ( tube connecting middle ear and nose). it's common in constant nasal blockage secondary to allergy, spur or deviated septum.

I suggest you to visit an ent surgeon , undergo nasal endoscopy and ct scan para nasal sinuses for the exact cause of blockage.

all the best, take care.
