Can Tender Breast, Cramps And Light Periods Be Signs Of Pregnancy?
I have been sexually active with no protection with my husband. I had a tubal ligation about 18 months ago. Well this month when my cycle was suppose to come it came a couple of days early. My breast were extremely tender no than ever before. Now my cycle is here and its really light and the cramps I normally get I have not experienced that either. Could I be pregnant?

Implantation bleeding seen usually near your due date for periods, but it will be very minimal like spotting.
Tubal ligation is permanent method of contraception, but re canalization very rarely seen.
Common cause would be less formed endometrium resulting in light period, as your period started early.
Get urine pregnancy test done to rule out or confirm pregnancy.
