Can Testicular Damage Cause Infertility?

My husband had a motor cycle accident when he was 28 yrs old. He damaged his right testicle with a slight rupture and a blood clot. Would this make him sterile?. This is a very important question. And I hope you can help...TYSM

P.S. What is this going to cost to the answer that we need?

The simple test is to get the semen analysis done. The medical field runs on facts. In spite of speculation which may be wrong; it is better to get the tests and ultrasonography done.
That way one testis if normal is sufficient to have fertilization.
Only the right testis was damaged due to an accident.
