Can Testosterone Levels Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi. My husband is 67 years old. He recently had blood work done and his free testosterone level is 82.2 (46.0-224.0 pg/ml), which I presume is the range. Is his level normal for his age or does that level indicate low testosterone, which would cause ED? Currently, he is not able to get an erection. We just received a copy of his blood work. His doctor set an office visit for 2 months out. I am interested in knowing what his level indicates. He is in general good health according to his doctor visit 3 weeks ago. We wish to continue to have intimacy in our relationship. I am 61. This is a difficult topic and I am not sure how we should proceed from here. Our general doctor did not encourage my husband to pursue Viagra.

HI
Well come to HCM
with the age the secretion of testosterone decreases and this of course decrease the erection and this is normal functions and no need to do any thing for this because looking to the age of your husband such symptoms is likely which does not need any treatment not even the sildenafil citrate, take care.
