Can The Bent Knees Be Cured From Surgery?

Hello Doc,,,, I have minor knock knees,, which means i dont get any difficulty in walkin, but it looks awkward, specially when i wear fitted pants..Also sometimes I feel a bit of pain while runnin and also my knees are week.... Can it be corrected surgically or any other option to correct.. pls help...
