Can The Blister Formed After Using Dr Scholls Corn Remover Clear By Itself?

I used Dr. Scholl's Corn Remover and now I have a big white spot on my pinkie toe. Will this white spot ever fall off? It looks similiar to a blister. I am on accutane so I am not sure if this was safe for me to use again and I only kept the product on my toe for 24hrs. I am worried I made the issue worse.
