Can The Blister Seen In The Labia Be Caused By Herpes?

I have a spot on my labia that is slightly swollen. It does not look like a blister but more like an abrasion. It is sore and is tingly like a scratch that is healing. I've had intercourse 5 times in the past week with the same person. Each time the intercourse was very lengthy. I'm concerned if I should be worried about herpes.
