Can The Burning Sensation In Armpits And Chest Be Due To Bee Sting?

We were sleeping and my fiance woke up and said it felt like he got stung by a bee but there was no welp or anything. The area around his elbow was feverish and burned really bad and traveled up his arm to his armpit and then his chest. The burning last from 3am to 7pm.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the sting of an insect, so has a lymphatic swelling up to the arm pit and chest.
The pain came down by the for 16 hours.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, levocitrizine , cifixime, and steroids.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
