Can The Cannabis Cause Inflammation In Both Knees?

I had double knee replacement almost 2 years ago and have ongoing inflammation in both knees. No doctor has been able to determine the cause if the inflammation. I do have have any infection. I use marijuana (in brownies) to help me sleep and with pain. I have used this for about 4 years every night. Do you know id marijuana can cause inflammation?

No, this is unlikely for many reasons. How would the brownies know to only go to the knees and not the elbows or hips? Why would they suddenly have an effect at 4 years of use when they didn't 4 months ago?

Alternatively, replacements will wear down over the course of years.
