Can The Cause Of Itching At The Anus Be The Effect Of The Intake Of A Strong Probiotic?

I started taking a pretty strong probiotic 4 or 5 days ago and in the last 24 hours I ve had pretty intense itching around my anus, (embarrassing to talk about)! I know i have/had an overload of candida in my gut; my question is can the cause of this itching be the effect of the probiotic? Its called Probio5.
