Can The Cyst In The Back Cause Breast Discomfort?

hello I'm David from Canada, 47 yr old male. I have had a cyst in my back which a doctor said wasn't dangerous. But I'm having a strange feeling in my breast area, not painful, but almost like a 'muscle pull' feeling. Is there any connection with the cyst at the back and this breast feeling. Thx
