Can The Drop In Potassium Be Attributed To An IV Drip With B12, And Will This Lower Potassium Level Persist?

I am a medical cannabis patient. I recently had a metabolic bloodiest. On Jan 30 2023 my potassium read 5.9 On Jan 31 I went to Vitalounge to get a hydration iv drip with a b12 addition to the bag. On 02/04/2023 I was tested again and it cameback as 4.5 potassium. Is the drop in potassium do to iv drip? And will it last as a lower reading for potassium?
