Can The Glands Become Less Sensitive Because Of Constant Rubbing Of Clothes?

I am 18 years old. I have noticed I have very low sensitivity around the head of my penis. Ive surfed the net and it seems its pretty common with circumcised men like me. The glands get less sensitive because of constant rubbing of clothes is what most say. Is this wrong? Is there a way to help this like using Vaseline to moisturize or getting soft cotton underwear?

yeah it is true. but it helps during sexual act to prolong it. as higher sensitivity causes early ejaculation. you can use soft undergarments to overcome this problem. use glycerine to moist it. so don't worry.hope my answer helpful to you take care.
