Can The Healed Fracture Be Used Normally With Full Weight Bearing?

I am 17 years old. I got an undisplaced fracture near the bottom of my fibula. I was in a cast the next day and for 3 weeks i went no weight bearing. Then i went in for x-rays. Doc said that i can go full weight bearing and kepped the cast on. Then 2 weeks in the cast with full weight bearing. now 3 weeks after the cast is off do you think that should I be able to throw javelin, shot put, and discus?
