Can The Itchy Sore On Arm Be A Cause For Worry?

i had a freckle on my arm,i then noticed the freckle had become more like a sore and i picked it,since then the freckle has disappeared and im left with just a sore,i know ishould not pick at it but it gets so itchy the only relief is scratch it,i have had the freckle for as long as i can remember and im just hoping it is not too serious,thanks for your help i really dont have the money you are asking for so its ok thanks

Hello,
There are plenty of causes for freckles.
it can be due to viral infection or allergy.
Even a mole look like freckle.
Thus it is very difficult to identify the cause without examination. If possible please upload a picture with its exact location.
so that it will be helpful in diagnosis.
