Can The Knee Be Bent And Applied Pressure While Having Intense Pain?

For 2 months I have had a pinched nerve, midback right side. Have had 4 visits to the chiropractor. Today I was going down some stairs I heard an audible snap from my left knee area, and could not walk after that. Intense pain going down left leg . But mostly behind the left knee. Can not put pressure on left knee or bend left knee.

You should have to have x ray that knee AP lateral view and I think you may have ligamental tear so for that orthopedics opinion should be taken and Rx accordingly.
