Can The Length Of The Penis Be Increased Through Treatment?

Sir i have problem of small penis as 4-5 cm normal position and 8-9 cm in feeling position . there is thickness like child penis so what is cure to increase as 15 cm length and thickness. I am 38 yr male and continuly habit of masturbation frm 26 yrs. I m single and i have not made sex inter course in real yet due to this fear. Kindly advise me.

So the length of the penis is genetically determined and cannot be increased. This much length is sufficient for sexual gratification in either sex.
