Can The Pain In The Wrist Be Due To Torn Ligaments Or Bulging Veins?

I usually have large bulging veins down the side of my wrists. I ve been told that I have congenital torn ligaments of b oth wrists, and have always had weak wrists, with occasional popping and pain. I do landscaping and heavy gardening and have had a very busy summer. My wrists are in constant pain. Last week one evening after supper, while resting, I noticed the vein on the wrist that hurts the most, had sunk in, for about 8 length. Is this related to the pain?

You have wrist arthritis and possible DRUJ instability. You need to get it splinter and get an MRI to look for torn ligaments which can be repaired surgically.
