Can The Patient Travel Abroad After Brain Surgery?

Please type your query here...My 8 year old nephew has a fractured skull and small bleed on the brain, teh fracture actually went inwards he had an operation on friday and is recovering however iam getting married abroad and we leave on the 20th august is he going to be able to fly?
