Can The Rash On The Leg Be Due To Hep C?

I m perplexed. I have a rash on my leg s, thighs, across my stomach at waistline. under my arms above the elbows. Small red spots like freakles but above the skin. It does not itch. My first symptom was this burning sensation at the base/front of my neck. A rash that looked like hives appeared.  This rash disappeared but the area is still burning when I touch it. Weird huh? I have not changed meds and use hypoallergenic soap. I do have cronic Hep C but my damage 5 years ago was 0-1. I have an appointment in Nov to discuss treatment. Could this be due to my Hep C?
