Can The Ruptured Cyst On Testicle Be Treated Without A Surgery?

I had a small cist in my scrodum for about the last 18 years, recently it ruptured and is now the size of one of my testicles....what type of cist is this and can it be treated without surgery?

I have no insurance and was hoping it could be treated at the local urgent care center

HI.
Can understand both of your problems.
Just see if you can get an ultrasonography done so that you get a proper diagnosis , If it is just a hydrocele fine , forget for the moment ; but is a mass or something , it is going to be a big worry.
